The Woods

In 2017, I began digital printing of images on Indian Birch veneers. The process required a lot of experimentation and practice. I learned which images work as wood pieces, and with an associate learned how to mount and frame them with wood and make beautiful, organic artworks that have grain and unique textures that are unique to each piece. The process has been continued in a new body of work, “Face-to-Face” that is featured in the next gallery.
